For any consultation related to its services you can contact SEBIME at the abovementioned address.
  2. The intellectual property rights of the website www.sebime.org and www.eurofashionbijoux.com as well as its source code, design, navigation structure, database and different elements contained in it are property of SEBIME to whom correspond the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights of them in any way and, especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public notification and transformation.
  3. These general conditions govern the access and use of the site http://www.sebime.com and http://www.eurofashionbijoux.com (hereinafter “the Website”) that SEBIME places free of charge at the disposal of Internet users. The access to this website involves its acceptation with no reservations. Besides, the use of particular services offered on this website shall be governed by the particular conditions envisaged in each case, which shall be considered accepted by the mere use of such services.
  4. Visualization, printing and partial downloading of the website’s contents shall be authorised exclusively if the following conditions are met:

SEBIME does not guarantee the inexistence of interruptions or mistakes when entering the Website or its content, or that it is updated. SEBIME shall carry out, as long as there are no causes that render it impossible or of difficult performance, and as soon as it is aware of any mistakes, disconnections or lack of updating of its contents, all those tasks intended to solve such mistakes, to re-establish the communication and update the contents.

Unconsented access to the Website or use of it that may be done with the information contained in it are of exclusive responsibility of the party performing such unconsented activity. SEBIME shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may come from such access or use. SEBIME shall not be responsible for security errors that may occur or the damages that may be caused to the computer system of the user (hardware and software), or to the files or documents saved in it, as a consequence of:
    • The presence of a virus in the user’s computer that my be used to connect to the services and contents of the Website;
    • Poor operation of the browser;
    • The use of non-updated versions of it.

SEBIME shall not assume any responsibility coming from the contents linked on the Website, as long as they have nothing to do with it, nor guarantees the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause any alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), on the documents or files of the user, excluding any responsibility due to damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

  10. Any link of third parties to the Website must be to its front page, being expressly prohibited any “deep links”, “framing” or any other use of the Website contents, to the benefit of unauthorised third parties.
  11. SEBIME and the user, expressly waiving any other legal system, are subject to the courts of the user’s address for any dispute that may arise from the access or use of the Website. In the event that the user’s address is out of Spain, SEBIME and the user shall be subject, expressly renouncing to any other legal system, to the courts of the city of Mahón (Spain).
